try! Swift Tokyo 2024 会場と受付のご案内
皆様、いよいよtry! Swift Tokyo 2024が近づいてまいりました！ ご参加いただく皆様に、スムーズに会場へお越しいただけるよう、会場と受付に関する情報をお知らせいたします。
受付では、チケットを購入いただいた際に発行されるQRコードが必要となります。 以下内容をご確認の上、ご準備をお願いいたします。
会場
イベント会場は「ベルサール渋谷ファースト B1」です。

※近隣には「ベルサール渋谷ガーデン」があります。 お間違えのないようお気を付けください。
ビルの正面入り口から入館しましょう。正面右手にエスカレーターが見えます。B1に降りるエスカレーターに乗れば、カンファレンス会場に到着です。
カンファレンスの受付は9:00からです。早く会場に来られても入館自体できません。建物の外でお待ちください。 3月22日金曜日は通勤等で人通りも多くなりますので、通行人の邪魔にならないようにご配慮をお願いいたします。
会場の環境について
本カンファレンスでは、Wi-Fiの提供を行っておりません。セッションやコミュニケーションを存分にお楽しみいただき、講演や他の参加者との交流に集中していただければ幸いです。 また、会場内には電源の提供もございませんので、スマートフォンやノートパソコンをご使用の際は、予め充電しておくか、必要に応じてモバイルバッテリーをご準備いただくことをお勧めいたします。
会場の構成
try! Swift Tokyo 2024の会場は、メインとなる「Main Session Area」、休憩や交流が行える「Break Area」、そして様々なスポンサー企業が出展する「Sponsor Booths Area」の3つのエリアに分かれています。
Main Session Area: ここでは、try! Swift Tokyo 2024のメインコンテンツである講演やLTが行われます。最新の技術トレンドや開発のヒントなど、貴重な情報が盛りだくさんですので、ぜひ注目してください。
Break Area: セッションの合間には、このエリアでリフレッシュしましょう。他の参加者との交流や、軽食を楽しむことができます。新たな出会いやアイデアが生まれるかもしれません。
Sponsor Booths Area: ここでは、try! Swift Tokyo 2024を支えるスポンサー企業がブースを出展しています。最新の技術やサービスを紹介しているほか、try! Swiftのオリジナルグッズをゲットできるスタンプラリー企画も予定していますので、ぜひ各ブースを巡ってみてください。
スタンプラリー企画について
会場内のSponsor Booths Areaでは、スタンプラリー企画を実施予定です。参加するスポンサーブースを巡り、スタンプを集めていただくと、素敵なtry! Swift Tokyoのオリジナルグッズをプレゼントいたします。ぜひこの機会に、スポンサー企業のブースを訪れて、最新の情報や技術を手に入れつつ、グッズもゲットしてください。
カンファレンスの受付について
受付日：3月22日(金).
受付開始時間：9:00 am.
受付場所：会場B1入口.
※受付時に参加証（QRコード）をご提示ください。
1.参加証のQRコードを提示
受付は、会場B1の入口にて行います。ご来場いただいた際には、受付スタッフが皆様をお迎えいたしますので、参加証の提示をお願いいたします。受付を済ませた後、ネームプレートのピックアップをお願いします。
参加証はQR コードを確認させていただきます。 チケット購入時に「Your Tickets for try! Swift Tokyo 2024」というタイトルでnoreply@eventbrite.com からメールが届いています。
ペーパーチケットでチェックインする方は、メールに添付されているPDFをダウンロードして、印刷またはスマートフォンに保管してください。
受付時に印刷物もしくは画面の提示をお願いいたします。
モバイルチケットを使用する人は、Eventbriteのアプリをダウンロードしてください。

チケット申込時に登録したメールアドレスとパスワードでログインをすると購入したチケットが表示されます。以下のQRコードの画面をスタッフに見せてください。
2. ネームプレートのピックアップ
try! Swift Tokyo 2024にご参加いただく皆様には、ネームプレートをご用意しております。ネームプレートは、受付にてご自身でピックアップしていただきます。
Order番号をご確認ください ネームプレートの右上には、Eventbriteに表示されているOrder番号が記載されています。受付でネームプレートをピックアップする際には、このOrder番号を確認し、同じ番号のネームプレートをピックアップしてください。
名前の印字について 3月1日頃までにチケットを購入された方には、ネームプレートにお名前を印字させていただいております。
受付スタッフが皆様のネームプレートのピックアップをお手伝いいたしますので、何かご不明な点がございましたら、お気軽にお尋ねください。ネームプレートを身につけて、try! Swift Tokyo 2024を存分にお楽しみください！

ワークショップ会場の環境と事前準備について
3日目のワークショップは同会場の2階で開催します。1日目と2日目のフロアと異なりますので、ご注意ください。
電源とフリーWi-Fiはご用意しております。Wi-FiのSSIDとパスワードにつきましては、会場内の案内板に掲示しております。ご確認の上ご利用ください。
また、Discordを活用して、各ワークショップの準備に関する重要な情報を共有しています。参加されるワークショップの準備がスムーズに進むよう、事前にDiscordにご参加ください。

Information on the Venue and Registration for try! Swift 2024
try! Swift Tokyo 2024 is fast approaching! To ensure a smooth arrival at the venue for all participants, we would like to provide you with information regarding the venue and registration.
At registration, you will need the QR code issued when you purchased your ticket. Please prepare accordingly after reviewing the following details:
Venue
The event venue is "Belle Salle Shibuya First B1."
Address: B1・2F, Sumitomo Fudosan Shibuya First Tower, 1-2-20 Higashi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0011
Access: https://www.bellesalle.co.jp/shisetsu/shibuya/bs_shibuyafirst/access/
- 6 minutes walk from "Shibuya Station" Exit C1 (Hanzomon Line, Den-en-toshi Line, Fukutoshin Line, Toyoko Line)
- 8 minutes walk from "Shibuya Station" East Exit (JR Lines)
- 10 minutes walk from "Omotesando Station" Exit B1 (Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line, Chiyoda Line)
*Please note that "Belle Salle Shibuya Garden" is nearby. Be careful not to confuse the two.
Enter through the main entrance of the building. You will see escalators on the right. Take the escalator down to B1, and you will arrive at the conference venue.
Conference registration starts at 9:00 am. You cannot enter the building before this time. Please wait outside the building. On March 22nd, Friday, there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic due to commuting, so please be considerate and avoid obstructing pedestrians.
Venue Environment
Wi-Fi will not be provided at this conference. We hope you enjoy the sessions and communication, and focus on the presentations and interactions with other participants.
Additionally, there are no power outlets available in the venue, so we recommend charging your smartphones and laptops in advance or bringing a mobile battery if needed.
Venue Layout
The venue for try! Swift Tokyo 2024 is divided into three areas: the "Main Session Area," the "Break Area" for resting and networking, and the "Sponsor Booths Area" where various sponsoring companies will exhibit.
Main Session Area: This is where the main content of try! Swift Tokyo 2024, such as lectures and lightning talks, will take place. Please pay attention to the valuable information on the latest technology trends and development tips.
Break Area: Refresh yourself in this area between sessions. You can interact with other participants and enjoy snacks. New encounters and ideas may arise.
Sponsor Booths Area: Sponsoring companies that support try! Swift Tokyo 2024 will have booths here. They will introduce their latest technologies and services, and there is also a planned stamp rally where you can get original try! Swift merchandise. Be sure to visit each booth.
Stamp Rally
A stamp rally is planned in the Sponsor Booths Area within the venue. If you visit participating sponsor booths and collect stamps, you will receive original try! Swift Tokyo merchandise. Take this opportunity to visit the sponsor booths and get the latest information and technology while also getting some merchandise.
Conference Registration
Registration Date: March 22 (Friday).
Registration Start Time: 9:00 am.
Registration Location: B1 Entrance of the Venue.

1.Present Your Participation Certificate QR Code
Registration will be conducted at the entrance of B1 of the venue. Our reception staff will welcome you upon arrival, so please present your participation certificate. After completing the registration, we kindly ask you to pick up your nameplate.
The participation certificate will be verified by the QR code. You should have received an email titled "Your Tickets for try! Swift Tokyo 2024" from noreply@eventbrite.com when you purchased your ticket.
If you are checking in with a paper ticket, please download and print the PDF attached to the email or store it on your smartphone. Please present the printed document or the screen at registration.
If you are using a mobile ticket, please download the Eventbrite app.

Log in with the email address and password registered at the time of ticket application, and the purchased ticket will be displayed. Please show the following QR code screen to the staff.
2. Pick Up Your Nameplate
All participants of try! Swift Tokyo 2024 will be provided with a nameplate. You will pick up your nameplate at the registration.
Please Check Your Order Number.
The top right of the nameplate will have the Order number displayed on Eventbrite. When picking up your nameplate at registration, please check this Order number and pick up the nameplate with the same number.
Name Printing
For those who purchased tickets by around March 1, your name will be printed on the nameplate.
Our reception staff will assist you in picking up your nameplate, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Wear your nameplate and enjoy try! Swift Tokyo 2024 to the fullest!

About the Workshop Venue and Preparations
The workshops on the third day will be held on the second floor of the same venue. Please note that this is different from the floors on the first and second days.
Power and free Wi-Fi are available. Please check the SSID and password for Wi-Fi, which will be posted on the information boards inside the venue.
In addition, we are sharing important information about the preparation for each workshop using Discord. Please join Discord in advance to ensure smooth preparation for the workshop you are participating in.
